Axion Pro Series
The Axion Pro Series
The Axion PRO Series cabinets have a native aspect ratio of 16:9. When 16:9 cabinets are arrayed with equal cabinet height & width (i.e. 10×10 or 8×8), the entire display will retain a 16:9 viewing aspect ratio. Axion is available in pixel pitches of P0.94, P1.25, P1.56, P1.875, and P2.5.
Axion is fully front-serviceable. There are no external jumpers on the rear, making this cabinet ideal for wall mounting. Axion cabinets are designed for wall mounting and can be recessed into a wall. At only 2.28” deep, the Axion cabinet can be wall mounted to meet ADA requirements. Pre-threaded mounting locations make installation simple. Magnetic LED modules make module replacement quick & easy.

Yes. Video is shot in a 16:9 native aspect ratio. LED video walls with a 16:9 aspect ratio align with standard HD and 4K resolutions. This setup allows content to fit without needing to crop or resize it. The Axion Pro Series works with this format by default making it a great choice in places where clear and accurate content display matters.
Yes. Many modern LED screens come with slim designs that mount right onto walls. The Axion Pro Series, for example, is just 2.28 inches thick. You can recess it or mount it on a wall, and it still meets ADA depth guidelines.
Front-serviceable LED panels let you handle repairs or swap out modules from the front of the screen. This makes maintenance easier when the panels are wall-mounted. The Axion Pro Series supports full front-serviceability, so it works well for permanent indoor installations.
Magnetic LED modules feature built-in magnets that stick to the cabinet. This design lets you remove or replace them without needing tools. In the Axion Pro Series, these magnetic modules save time and simplify repairs.
The best pixel pitch depends on how far viewers are from the screen. Smaller pitches like P0.94 or P1.25 provide sharper images and work well for close distances, like in meeting rooms or control centers. The Axion Pro Series from Vanguard includes a range of pitch options to meet different needs and to fit many budgets.
The modules on the Axion cabinets retain the memory of their initial calibration. Therefore, these modules are “hot-swappable” in that they can be removed, repaired or replaced without powering down the display. Modules from one part of the display can be swapped with modules from other parts of the display and show the appropriate content immediately.
