Axion COB is durable by design, creating the strongest dvLED display available. Chip-on-board pixel technology allows for super-fine pixel pitch without the fragility associated with standard dvLED pixels at fine-pitch.
Axion COB is highly power efficient with flip-chip power handling and common cathode technology. Flip-chip technology eliminates the need for a gold or copper bonding wire, reducing both the power draw and heat generated through operation.

A Axion COB compliant product means it is in agreement with the Trade Agreement Act which allows it to be sold to any agency of the U.S. government. Axion COB -compliant displays meet government purchasing standards. Vanguard’s Axion COB Series qualifies for government projects.
Video is shot in a native 16:9 native aspect ratio. By using a cabinet built in a 16:9 aspect ratio enables the content to be shown exactly as it was shot without the need to crop or manipulate the images. 16:9 native aspect ratio cabinets are very important in House of Worship services where live video is being shown on the LED displays.
The Axion COB Series provides a warranty of 10 years and 10% spare parts. All other Vanguard Series offer a 5 year or 2 year warranty and 5% spare parts. All the Axion COB Series feature swappable modules and backup systems that allow for easy maintenance.
