LA series
LA series
The LA series by Vanguard is a purpose-built replacement for existing LCD videowalls.
Featuring three panel sizes at 43”, 55”, and 65” diagonal, LA series is likely to be a perfect swap-out solution to get rid of the heavy grid and drifting uniformity which plague LCD technology.
LA series panels support VESA mounting so the new technology can directly replace LCD monitors on the same VESA mounts. Integrate the controller to one of the panels to use existing video cabling too!

LED displays with very fine pixel pitches can now replace LCD video walls. LCD panels have bezels around it’s four (4) sides, which means that the images are not continuous, but are interrupted by the outlines of the LCD cabinets. There are no bezels on LED displays and therefore the images are continuous and uninterrupted. LED displays provide more consistent brightness and deeper colors, and need less maintenance over time.
Vanguard’s LA Series has been built to fit popular LCD sizes. You can find LED panels in standard sizes like 43 inches, 55 inches, and 65 inches. These sizes align with typical LCD screens, which makes swapping them straightforward without requiring major changes to the setup.
Many fine-pitch LED panels, like those in the LA Series, adhere to VESA mounting standards. This clearly means you can reuse the mounts that were designed for LCD screens.
LED video walls provide a continuous display where cabinets are assembled seamlessly without any borders that LCD displays have. LED displays offer higher brightness, sharper contrast, and save more energy. They also last longer and stay consistent, while LCDs may face issues like dimming backlights or color changes over time. Every LCD cabinet is independent color wise of the other cabinets in the display. Therefore, if color changes affect an individual LCD display these cannot be repaired and these color changes will be easily noticeable by viewers. If an individual LCD cabinet needs to replaced, the colors of the new cabinet will not match the colors of the other LCD cabinets in the display and will stand out accordingly.
